Okay folks, so I finally got around to opening my package from our Capt. Lemme begin by saying that the first thing I noticed was the sheer beauty. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in this Destroyer is unparalleled, to anything I've ever owned at least. The lines on this thing are cleaner than any I've ever seen. I literally had to flip it over a few times to figure out where the cover was! My official mod Judge ( my 9 year old son) has declared this as "sweetest" in the collection thus far. So, there you have it. I've only been vaping it for about an hour, but so far I'm definitely impressed. Unless an individual really just had an aversion to wooden mods I'm at a loss to understand how someone could hold this thing and then get rid of it. It's a true work of vaping art and Brian should be very proud of his creation. I tried to upload some pics but it's not working from my phone. Ill do it when I get home.

Well, nearing the end of another work day, got a real good start on the next batch.

I can't believe how slow ECF has been lately, guess everyone is out playing in the beautiful summer weather. I've even been spending a bit of time outside doing yard work.

Is anyone home? Need some help. I just put the batteries into my mark 8 and am not sure what I'm looking at. The bottom row on the digital doesn't light up, which doesn't help. The first thing looks like *AAA, then 2rf, than All, then 8.7, then On 1, then 3.7, then On 2, 5.00, then repeats from*

I think it's working, just not sure I'm reading it right. I have the batts Cappie told me to buy from madvapes...cr 123 3.7v

Pics will have to wait. That would take me some time.

Is the display supposed to flash through all these codes? Makes setting the voltage difficult

set it without a atty attached, it will pop up, the have three dotted lines then the voltage then three dotted lines every frew seconds, if you dont put an atty on it, you can hold the button down and set the voltage without burning up an atty

Very sorry to hear your having problems. It's not supposed to do that unless I wire it that way, but the first voltage that pops up is the combined voltage of the batteries themselves, the second voltage that pops up is the regulated voltage (set to 5 volts) and is the voltage you want. I usually set the display to just show regulated output, yours is showing its full range.

At your convenience, I think your little lady is going to have to come home and I will have to see why she has her knickers in a bunch.

I have mine set to display the same thing, so I can see total battery power, but with it also missing a row of led's, that makes it very hard to read. I might have wired yours up like I do mine, that is the display I'm used to seeing.

I gotta say, three days on the Destroyer now and smooth sailing. It is kind of putting my Provari to backup status. Didn't really think that would happen. The variable voltage seems to work like it is supposed to and looks super. If I didn't have so many tanks and cartos for the Destroyer I might try dipping my toe in the bottom feed side just to see what it is all about. Maybe after use some of these tanks and cartos up. Congratulations on a very well made and functioning device.
