RT & Cherewine passed, so it's a free for all now. I'm glad the reaction has been positive, one is never sure when making something different if it will be liked :)

Time for some RSM Porn .... These are the 6 "Destroyer II's" that have been completed.

The price for all of them is $200. If the wood price is beyond $10 per set, it will be added to the cost of the mod. With the 15% off this month, they are all priced at $170 + Shipping ($8.00).

They are individually shaped, look at the picture close to see the shape and if it is what you want.

Cherewine and rtrain99 get first pick, then My4jewels, then the rest are up for grabs. I have a feeling they are not going to make it to the website at all, ah well, ecf members come first.

They are numbered 01 to 06, left to right.

01 - Sold - Zebrawood, CTM
02 - Sold - Flame Box Elder, CTM
03 - Sold - Cocobolo, Mahogany
04 - Gabon Ebony, Mahogany
05 - Mesquite, Black Walnut
06 - Yellowheart, Black Walnut

Click the Mode switch to the left for VV, middle position for OFF, and to the right for 3.7v (18650 battery) or battery check.

Ensure you ALWAYS unscrew your atomizer before doing a battery check when using VV or you will kill your atomizer.

The next batch will probably be 4 more of the "Destroyer II's", and 6 of the new "Cutlass II's". All of the mods will now be dual mode, 18350 / 18650 battery mods.

P.s., I will also try to find time to make a few of the new Cruiser II's as well. They will be like the current Cruiser models, except not have any frills at all, and stand 4" tall. Price yet to be set.

The twue test will be how it vapes, which I don't anticipate any problems there as it still uses the same inards as previous models used, and how well it 'fits' the holders hand, which, by the looks of it, will be a perfect fit!! I can't wait to see pics (hint, hint buyers) and the feedback :D

"Click the Mode switch to the left for VV, middle position for OFF, and to the right for 3.7v (18650 battery) or battery check." This was always a problem for me with my Cutlass 5.1 :( I'd constantly forget where to switch the darned thing and POP goes the atty, lol!! I ended up having to mark the positions with a magic marker cuz' I have no memory anymore :(

Yup, one reason I went to a single switch. Left VV, middle off, right battery check. If owners just remember that in the right position it will dump whatever the batteries are capable of providing straight to the led/atty, they will be ok.

The "Atty killer mode", as I recall it was once labeled, heh.

Yea....Left is VV....but then you have to try to remember the positioning of the mod too. If you have it flipped to the wrong side...then left is actually right.....

I used to do that all the time too cherewine.
My solution was to 1) stay focused and 2) don't ever put it down or take the hand off the switch when checking, then 3) flip the switch back right away as soon as reading the LED.

wow cappy... absolutely gorgeous RSMs there.
The finish looks shinier than previous models. Did you use different finishing on them?
The box elder one is my favorite too. Those chrome buttons look better than ever on these RSMs!

People do like things Shiny! No, the same finish, but I've been doing a better job waxing them before they go out the door. Help the new owner with waxing it by giving it a good carnuba wax job before it leaves the ship.

Lol, I even used to do that. The new style will eliminate any confusion I would think, removes some of the dangerous thrill of potential atty destruction I suppose, but ah well....

I just leave mine on VV and never touch it. I never found the need to use the other options anyway. When the batteries are dead...then I know I need fresh ones.....;)

Also, I think atty killing would be much less frequent with these models. Because with the Cutlass 5.1 the LED was in the bottom so the switch direction was more confusing depending on which way(and which hand) you're holding the mod, but with these models you can only hold it one way in order to read the LED.

I just leave mine on VV and never touch it. I never found the need to use the other options anyway. When the batteries are dead...then I know I need fresh ones.....;)

That's a simpler solution :) I just don't like draining batteries 'til they stop working as it's shortens the longevity of the batteries appearently.

So Cappy.....when looking at the bottom of these...how does one know what position to consider "left" for the VV mode? Like, should the adjustment screw be on the left side, when looking at the bottom...or the right (taking it that the adjustment screw is still located on the bottom side that is)? Just to get clarification for my dumb ........and, well....others who might want to know too I guess
