Very happy your happy! As for the rattle, I found I had made them a bit TOO tight last batch, had a couple minor problems so I loosed up the tolerances a bit and also looked at what kind of wood it was made out of and adjusted for that too. Some wood expands and contracts more than others, so on a hot & humid day the door might stick. I think I'd rather it be too loose than too tight. The dense woods are sometime more prone to that also, less room in the grain for it to expand from humidity changes.
If a door does stick too much, just a few swipes with some fine grit sandpaper along the door edges should loosen it up again.

Those are Cappy made! The one with the Cutty has the same engraving.. Perfect match.. Thought about taking a brown sharpi and making it look like Marblewood.. LOL
Some of that original collection went to friends and family that i finally talked into vaping and a lil of it sold.. kept all the faves then added more shiny stuff..

I think it's zebra wood and tiger something. It was one that Cappy put up on the site that had already been made. I put in an order for a custom that would have been about the same, but in reverse. So I fired off an email to cancel my custom and send the one that's finished, and Cappy did it lickety split!

Great pics we have there. I've been enjoying every second since I received mine on saturday. The dreadnoughts were great but with these new rounded shapes, it feels even more comfortable in the hand and really look stunning!
