Ack, time for a short break. Much of the panel wood I get in, especially the stabilized stuff has alot of open pores, open grain, pits, cracks and such, so I put a coat of cyanoacrylate (superglue!) on both sides to fill in the imperfections and seal against warping ... man that stuff puts out some nasty fumes, always makes my eyes water and nose run, yuck.... glad thats done fer now.

Very true. When I work sand cores in the shop, they use some industrial Superglue stuff as the binding agent. The massive ventilation doesn't help
