Going for the short route.....can any kind soul tell me what's the different between destroyer V1 & V2?

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Ahoy Samkinra, the short answer is the V1 had 16340 batteries, the V2 uses 18350 batteries and has a .825" diameter tank well and has a more contoured design. They both do the same job though.

V1

V2

Here is a link to pics of all the models I've ever made, you might find it interesting.

Hi Samkinra
I have a V1 Destroyer and 18350 battery doesn't fit.

Yup, what Chet says. To some people it matters, others it doesn't, but I decided to go back to the original 18350 batteries I had used before because they have a bit more life in them before needing to recharge. It also gave me an excuse to do a couple small improvements to the models.

Blast, what a rotten week. My cnc machine went down today, broken part but I should be back up and running within 2 days with any luck. I hope that someone out there has been having a good week! Aidreon got a new toy, that should count for something :)

Laptop broken, belt sander needs bearings and now cnc machine down....it must be life giving me a hint to buy a 6-pack, sit down, relax and watch some foot-ball this weekend, yes? Arrrrrrrrr......

Capt'n Optimus!

punish that CNC decepticon!

Hilarious, I had to watch it a couple times..."I like little things hitting each other!" - Movie line quote.....

Well, cleaned up my mess, sander is back in business but I had to remove the dust housing and blower, what a mess it's gonna make next time I use it, arrr! lol, least I don't have to try to replace it now.

Think it's time to shut down for the night tho.... laters
