Good morning crew!

Just rebuilt my A7 and swapped juices in the cruiser ii. Anyone else that uses 100% VG juice have issues with it fouling out atty's? The A7 went three days and regular atty's I get around 2 days before needing to clean. Using my normal 70PG/30VG I get at least a week on normal atty's and going on three weeks with my bottomfeeder era.

Hmm, by "fouling" do you mean the wick doesn't wick anymore? My problem with 80/20 was the little air holes would plug up on atties, with the A7 and such a big air hole in comparison I'm hoping it will last much much longer. This is my ...7th? day using the A7, still no problems, vapes like the first day which is a very nice change.

Yeah that's my issue, wick under the coil gets real dark and I can't shake the light burnt taste. A dry burn helps but not for long. That first day it's great but day 2 and 3, Meh.

With my normal juice ratio I dry burn every bottle refill and it's like new for weeks now.

So it's not just me, thanks for your inputs!

Well, here is a pic of the new coil I installed on Oct 11th -

Here is one I just took of the same coil, today is Oct 19th -

If it tastes different I have not noticed, but my cinnamon heavy juice is pretty potent and may mask any flavor change. I guess putting on a new coil will be when it burns out or I taste the difference.

Click on thumbs for bigger picture.

p.s., I also like a very wet atty, so half the time I vape I can hear a very slight gurgle. You can see the level of juice is pretty high, I like to keep it like that. Perhaps that keeps it working better longer?

I have noticed that keeping wet and my general affection for menthol keeps them running longer. I do a small squonk every 3 hits or so. I recoil when I notice a taste change I can't fix via cleaning (dry burn/vodka rinse).

Sweet/fruit/high VG tend to require recoiling sooner in my experiences. I've only used rebuildables for about a month now, so take that with a grain of salt.

On a side note, my RSM's are still the best performing and most beautiful mods I own. These rebuildables have made them even more so. I use a cold/soulless metal bottomfeeder at work, and miss the warmth/personality of the RSM's. Thank you for such wonderful creations Cappy! :D

You are more than welcome Waho. I've said before, this is the poorest I've lived, right above unemployment checks, but this is the richest I've felt in satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment. It's a good trade I think, money for the soul :)
