Ahoy and happy Sunday.

I'm glad today was my day off, gave me time to finish sanding, finishing and getting all these desk caddies ready to ship. I've been working on them after normal hours or when I can multi-task so I don't hold the batch up anymore while making them.

Can't wait for the batch to be done, I can take a couple days off between batches, yo ho!!

p.s., for those interested, the desk caddy orders that have come in over the last couple days will probably ship in about a weeks time if all goes well. Sorry, but I can only do so many things at once before I spill me Grog, and you know how I hate spillin' the Grog.... arrr

Harrr! Played a few hours of Guild Wars 2, having lots more fun since I switched to a full server.

See ya all tomorrow, arrr

I actually got to spend all day playing world of warcraft today, good times :D

I'm on a release server with about 107000 unique players, it gets pretty crazy :p

Ive never tried a mmorpg or whatever the acronym is. Closest I've come is call of duty. I'm afraid I'd get hooked on wow or similar and never be heard from again.

Goodnight.

You are probably right. I vowed never to play an MMO or a monthly sub game and was tricked into wow. Now it is almost all I play.

And Cappy those caddys look great!!!

The best advice most mmo players will give is to never start playing. It's way too easy to get hooked :p

I was also tricked into it at the beginning, that free month got alot of people myself included hooked after my buddy badgered me to start. Then of course he quits and I get my brother and some of his friends playing, cycle continues :p

And good morning crew!

They are great, but you're right, I lost both my sons to mmo's and only occasionally see them in the real world... tragic ..

Good morning Crew!
I played final fantasy XI online for about 2 years, lost a few friends in the process and promised not to touch a MMORPG again, it was fun though :D

Cappy do you think you could give us a pic of the batch now, or is it still too early?

At present I have 10 of the 23 mods hand sanded. Each mod takes about an hour or so of sanding. When they are all done and pass visual inspection I will put a coat of sealer on them which also shows any sanding defects so I will then sand them again.

When that process is finally done to my satisfaction I will take a picture for you, might be a few more days. One of the problems is during hand sanding my hands will finally get tired and start to cramp up, so I can only sand for 5 or 6 hours a day before they are shot and I work on a different project for a while.

And, I am getting SLAMMED with desk caddy orders, so any time I can multi-task I am trying to keep up with those too.

It's all coming along, just gotta maintain an even strain. Arrrr

That's enough sanding for today. I ran the dust collection vacuum so long it overheated and popped the circuit breaker. Definitely a sign that it's time to stop. 4 more left to do and I can slap a coat of finish on them and get busy making desk caddies while it dries.

Also got a repair in today I need to take care of, but still have not had a failure of any new generation of mods, arrr that makes me happy!

Have a nice evening all

LOL I bet a large number of them are the GG caddys and that wouldn't suprise me at all.
