Time for the train to pull in. I forgot my phone this morning so I didn't get my live feeds for the day. Sorry to hear about your troubles Cappy. Rathat, I'm sure you'll be completely satisfied with the D2. My number is up to 11 now just received a tiger engraved D1 yesterday and will post pix later. And yes all 11 do see action.

As an aside, yesterday I received a 19mm, standard tank from IBTanked.

Are you using it in a D1 or a D2. I love using Pyrex tanks but they do not fit the D1. I did use a couple 510 extensions so my clean tanks sit flush over the hole and it works . Just wondering if the 19mm from IBTanked fit.

...train...

I have a D1, (I think it is, it's an older one, rectangular shape, no slope on top), and a newer D2. The IBTanks fit in both perfectly, (the 19mm).

As much as I enjoy bottom feed vaping with these tanks and Killer 705's in 'em it's now become a toss up, it just doesn't matter what mod I pick up any more. Once you figure out how to adjust the Killer there's no flooding and no dry hits even with very heavy chain vaping.

I'm very, very pleased with the IBTanks. My strong cinnamon based juice doesn't effect the glass, the o-rings don't lead a drop and the SS caps are top notch. Certainly some of the best tanks I've owned, especially for the money. I see more in my future... until these tanks and the Killers came along I thought my Destroyer buying days were over.

The finish or stain (sry im not a wood guy) on my d2 is gorgious, i love the slim feel and grip, it's not as heavy as i thought. im using 2 18350s instead of the 18650 because the tiny magnetic spacers scare me, dunno why. Silly question but where do I store the screwdriver in this? Maybe it was a screenshot of an older model I saw but I thought there was a lil compartment for the screwdriver (i always misplace stuff).

all in all, very happy with the work that went into this, ty cap & rsm folks

Ahoy! The older model did have a little space for it, but the new design didn't have enough spare room.

If you don't use the magnet, I usually stick a magnet on my metal lamp stand and stick the screwdriver to it so I always have one handy.

Glad you like it! arrr
