BoggerBox is slightly too thick for my new 5 slot holder...which I love anyway. Do you have plans of producing the one with a drawer? My 5 slot's full already and I haven't been fortunate enough to enjoy one or two of your beautiful mods yet.

How wide is the bogger? I've recently made the holes bigger so Reo's can fit, that big enough?
They are currently 1.25 x 2.25"
I've made a couple of the drawer types so far, tried staining it to match the desk caddy but doesn't look good enough for my taste so I am going to buy matching wood as I got those drawer units from another party. I don't have the proper tools to make something like that myself.

Ahoy down there. Been a slow start of the week. Don't we all want a mod named after us. Can you imagine Waho's Whoop ... Woodies. Or Rtrain's Caboose Box Cars 
I checked the website and the depth seems to vary a little. My mini BF is 1 3/16 but their VV model is 1 5/16 deep. The width on all of them look to be less than 2 so you're good there.

Ahoy! Did I forget to 'Knock on wood'?
I had two problems today, I started the cnc work on the boxes, cutting out the panel pockets on the back side of the mods when I found that I had a panel pocket that was sloped in one direction. I started looking things over and found that the cnc table was bowed up where the t-clamps sit in one spot. Nearly two years of tightly clamping wood onto the table has started to mash and bow parts of the MDF table, especially where I typically always use a clamp.
The only way to fix it was to build a larger fixture so the clamps would rest on plywood and push down on the table when I clamp, that should extend the life of the table for a while yet.
Then I broke my band saw blade cutting the fixture out so I had to stop and put on my spare blade. Tightening down and aligning the blade I then broke off the alighment lock down wingnut when I tightened it too much, arrgg! Looking at it, it was made from really cheap looking steel. I found a replacement wing-nut in my bolt can of much better quality and put it all back together.
Half a day lost, but could have been much worse I suppose. I hope today was the glitch that I usually have during a batch and it all runs smooth till the end.
Minor leaks repaired, yo ho!

Sounds like a real stressing day for captain. I would've been shouting f word all day long~!
Ahoy! Went right to work today, but time to stop for a bit and say hello.
Today has been a pretty good day, and I didn't mind yesterday so much, it's nice to do something out of the ordinary once in a while.
The jig I replaced was almost 2 years old and getting pretty shabby and tore up anyway, so the new one is working even better than before.
I need this little hobby CNC machine to route out the insides of the boxes. They have been too complicated for some time now to do by hand. I need everything to fit perfectly inside and I can't get those kind of tolerances working by hand anymore. All the rest of the mod is done by traditional machines as this part of the process is the only thing the CNC machine is good for.
Here's a picture of the new jig, as you can see, the black hold-down knobs go directly through the jig and the two blue clamps also go right through the jig and this has relieved the stress I was putting on the T-bolt slots in the table.
Just a little glimps of work in progress.
Back to work I go, arrr

Well, the thread don't get much deader than this, sorry I don't have much of interest to talk about for now.

Lost indeed. My compass actually pointed north this time and I took a shot.... And ended up back on deck.
