EMERSON, LAKE & PALMER were a British progressive rock supergroup formed in London in 1970. The group consisted of keyboardist Keith Emerson, singer, guitarist, and producer Greg Lake, and drummer and percussionist Carl Palmer. They were one of the most popular progressive rock bands in the 1970s. This great classic song is from the Album "Trilogy" (1972). "Trilogy" reached No. 2 in the UK and No. 5 in the US. "From the Beginning", an acoustic ballad featuring an extended synthesizer solo, was released as a single which reached No. 39 in the US. The alternate version shown here has a totally different moog synthesizer solo at the ending.

"FROM THE BEGINNING"

There might have been things I missed But don't be unkind It don't mean I'm blind Perhaps there's a thing or two I think of lying in bed I shouldn't have said But there it is You see, it's all clear You were meant to be here From the beginning Maybe I might have changed And not been so cruel Not been such a fool Whatever was done is done I just can't recall It doesn't matter at all You see, it's all clear You were meant to be here From the beginning....

I had breakfast for dinner last night. Oooh that is just such a fatal meal. Normally I'd be drooling over those pics, but golly, I STILL feel like a snake digesting an egg or a puma or something.

This is the husband's fault he is way too good at breakfast for dinner. It reminded me of how nuts the kid would go when the husband said he was making it. LOL.

Still feeling it, but yes it was the bomb. After a very studious time collecting therapeutic and psychoeducational worksheets, I'm taking a break (LBGT sites are a total pain for that, because they're all so teen and well, online oriented. I kept moaning for a "make this article downloadable" button.) I got some stuff sorted though. I am glad I thought, "I have been at this for some time" and shoved it on a USB drive because I have over 300 worksheets and I have WEEKS to go on this.

LOL but soon here, yoga approaches. I hope my belly full of bacon doesn't make it crazy hard. It might.
