This one was the the most difficult. Behind the flue there was no wall to lay the rocks against. It was free standing and at a curve.

This one was the most PITA, it was in the basement ! All the supplies were in front of the house. Had to use a steel wagon to bring it around to the backyard and unload everything through a window, such a PITA ! It is for a wood burning stove. A year after finishing it, we ended up doing more work in their bathroom in the basement

This is me and Emma taking a break

And finally, my last job. I was very close to having a heat stroke. Thankfully, there was a basement and we had a high velocity fan. I pretty much took off all my clothes and laid down on the cool cement floor with the fan on me.
I really do miss doing the work, but I can't handle the heat any more

Wasn't able to get a pic of it being done and don't recall where it is at to go get one
