Mmmm, good dessert after pork ribs..back in the '90s,I used to bring back a pig from Smithfield NC for my neighbor,BigMama every wknd. Man, that woman was a master w that 55gal drum pig cooker..black Eyed peas,collards,turnip greens and squash.kracklin,fatback,fried pigskin... Mmmm goood !
