So I have been loving vaping, and the moment I started I basically kicked analogs.

But this past week has been ROUGH and STRESSFUL and I am already guilty of smoking 3 packs of analogs. I have been vaping since Sept 23rd, almost 2 months now.

I am vaping inbetween analogs also, but this stress literally drove me to analogs even though I didn't want to.

Anybody have any experience like this? It is disheartening and frustrating ;/ I dont want to smoke!

i have not completely given up cigs. i smoke about 5-10 per day.
i too want to be off cigs completely but i also recognize that being hard line about it sets me up to fail and be disappointed.
maybe you have been too hard line yourself and you need to ease up just a little.
allow yourself a cigs budget and don't cross it.
many times knowing i CAN have one is enough to make me pass it up
it is so much easier to say "i don't have to have one right this second" than it is to live with"i will never ever do this again" when you really don't want to quit at all.

I'm down from 2 pod. I'm still on the plus side of winning.

Don't beat yourself up about it, letting it stress you out will make it worse/make you want even more analogs. It's the same with people that think that because they start vaping, they need to immediately force themselves to quit smoking cold turkey. If you focus so hard on staying analog free, it makes it even easier to go back to analogs full time

It's not about the cigarettes you smoke, it's about the ones you don't smoke.

I quit analogues 02/19/11. Prior to that I vaped and smoked for probably 4-6 months. I was a 2 PAD. It got to the point where the analogues tasted like .... It really wasn't a conscious decision to put the analogues away, it was more a logical choice. Since that "quit date" I bet I've had about 6-7 analogues. One of those I remember enjoying. The rest were short couple of hit deals and they sucked. As greeneyes said, it's not about the ciggys you smoke, it's about the ones you don't. Relax. It's not a contest. It's about what works for you.

Hi, I been at vaping about 8 months and , well my life wouldnt be normal without crazy and stressful as a regular occurrence,
we are all different but don't beat yourself up over it as long as you can work back to vaping that's a good thing.
when you do fall back try to focus on all the cigs you didnt smoke since last time, not how many your smoking now, nothing adds to crazy and stressful like more stress will!
In any case, we are all different but what has worked for me in those weak moment where I almost went to get a pack, i pulled out my trusty ol cuban blend, a very dry and smoky feeling vape, turn up the juice a little and i swear it feels like real smoke, i have it in 24mg and i pull out one of my mushroom cloud producing tanks and have at it till I get too nic stoned to care anymore.

doesnt work for everyone but if your to the point you cant hold the battery then you really dont care about a cig either.

In any case good luck and again don't beat yourself up over it, cigs are just tough to let go................
