I just meant there is a world of difference between taking an angle grinder to a $20 clone and $200 original lol

Ps how you finding the magma on yours? I'm tempted to bf mine, and how have you got it set up? I've got a plume veil on mine dual coil at 0.8 ohm and I'm finding it's got plenty of vapour but is a bit lacking in the flavour department
If your looking for a great atty for flavor, and easy to mod for bottom feed, get yourself a derringer.I've been running mine for about a month now,and it is fantastic.Another very good one is the rogue,i've only had this one less than a week, but it holds it's own right next to the derringer.

It's a Charger, so your assumption would be correct. Straight lines and avoidance of the right turn, is the American way.

I ... hate nascar. I'm an F1 fan. I guessing that most posts about the 2015 charger R/T are assumptions made by chaps not up on the specs. It's nothing like previous years. Its handling limits are well beyond my level of ability / stupidity :)

Also kinda funny to be in a clone thread and find myself among well heeled Porsche / BMW / Modern Merc (older ones blow unless AMG IMO) / Audi / GTR pilots :)

Some wider summer meat on these 20" rims and I'm guessing my rig would leave yer fit / focus / Abarth / Citroen even further behind in the turns and definitely keep up with most other euro sedans this size.

Not to mention sound A HELL OF A LOT better doing so - with this truck engine n all :) :) :)

by 3 piece that would mean ,screw ,plate and the spring correct ??

incorrect. Or, partially correct because it is true that there is a spring plate and screw.... Collapsible springs have three layers. There are a few folks on candlepower forum that can explain how a collapsible spring works.

EDIT: Certain parts of the spring are designed to melt faster than the others so the spring retains its integrity (doesn't wear out from use) but still melts down fast if there is a short. The physics of it are outside my reach, but I thought I'd better offer at least the most basic understanding as it was given to me.

The last American car I raced was a viper, by god it was fast, then we got to a corner it was sideways and I was gone lol

Disclaimer: just a joke, All in good fun.

Last British car I drove had electrical wiring wrapped in paper and designed by the "prince of darkness."

It was like a witch...douse it with water and it would die.

And the steering wheel was on the wrong side.

:p

So, about those Ferraris... ;)

I'm a diehard F1 fan also - and a Lewis Hamilton fan at that. So, Russ, a couple of buddies and I are thinking about hitting up the Montreal race next year. You up for a road trip? I'd love to do Austin as well but there's just something about the
Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. One of my buddies is a Montreal native and says the party on race weekend is unbelievable.

Sorry, continue discussing this clone.

Honestly, I'm considering this clone as a beater. I keep my Reo pristine. A clone Reo would be great for barn and yardwork and taking out and about. If it gets banged up or stolen, no biggie.
Was thinking alone those lines as well Noodle..but man would we catch crap in Reoville ... lol

But for real I'm getting one and if it stops working in a months time I can have a lot of fun trashing it on ECF!

This 29.00 REOS clone could be the greatest thing if the switch fires every time---as my 25.00

Smokless Owl bottom feeder has a mis fire

problem with the switch---but the atty seems to be on par with what I need.

I can't really justify 165.00 for a bottom feeder authentic REOS even though it is the best bf---

according to everything I have read.
I can...The ones I have will outlast me I'm sure..Someone will be hitting one of my Reos 50 years from now and telling stories of an old stargazing, puppy loving, ex trucker and silly old guy. ;)

Those damn factory Mercedes. Damn them and their pace. Additionally, I can't stand either of their divas bro. But I respect their abilities and if HAM ever came to the scuderia, he would be one of my favorite pilots - a la Vettel.

As to the trip to the races, it's gonna be tough for me. I'm a work from home fommy and my wife travels for business leaving me little time for extra curricular events. But I would love to do it in the future when the kids are in college :) thanks for the invite my brother :)

Ha! I'll be putting a RM4 on mine if I get one..The atty will cost more than the mod..That must be a first Jimi me brotha.
LOL !!! I have an authentic Reo. I use it everyday at work. It definitely has scratches and dings, but still works just fine. I'm interested in these clones for just having different flavors throughout the week. The clone sure is taking forever to arrive. Hopefully by the beginning of next week. I just hope the drop is not too bad. But, I have some ideas of what to do. ;)

If I was convinced that the reos clone did not work for me and the authentic reos did work for me then I would probably buy
a real reos mod from Rob----but I would get the reo grand and leave the mod stock and not

modify it to be a low profile.------Just like I cannot bring myself to cut the ring from my

VTR--it is part of the character of the mod .

I would run my full size bf drippers on something else--like my Smokless Owl.

It would be like defacing it to change anything.

I can't convince myself that my 20 dollar Stillaire is that much different than the 75.00 model.......Then again I have never tried the

authentic model--------hahahahahahahah
