don't know if this is the best place to ask this. If I want to expose the brass on my RM2 what would be the best thing to use to do that? Would it be fine grain sand paper or is that too rough? Or something like super fine steel wool? What are other people using? I used super fine steel wool to remove some paint from another device & the metal had a nice brushed finish after I was done. Just not sure if it would work on this though.

I started with a 320 grit and it took a while, if you want to go to a high gloss then work up to 400, 600, 800, 1500, 2000. then mothers mag.

Thanks for replying, I'd already taken a peek at the current list. Most of what's listed for my reo models is no longer made. Imeo doesn't appear to have started the Achilles yet. I just posted a wtb for a hornet in the classies, maybe I'll get lucky or use it as an excuse to pick up a grand. :)

You can contact Rob about ordering an RM2 and let him know it is for an original mini and he can mill it down to fit.

when the conversion kit is in place, (at least as far as i am concerned) and if more rda's get converted to b/f (there are currently nore diy versions of this than available from vendors) the LP (low profile) Reo will be able to fit a wider diameter atomizer than what's available to fit the standard Reo because of the the high profile drip well.
Hey should I get the lp or vb reo..I was told lp cause it fit more devices.

I don't do much diy (except juice) so i'm curious right now about the b/f version of Origen dripper V2.
The b/f afc Cyclone is another that is a tad too wide for the standard Reo… and goes well with the LP Reo = but you can fit the non afc Cyclone b/f … because its the afc top cap thats too wide.
sorry if you already know this….

How's the Divo working out for those of you that have one?
Anybody have pictures of the coil set-up yet?
Does it need the air hole or posts drilled or is it okay as it is?
Yes to both:D

I like it and it works well as is, I've also drilled a lower juice drain hole and enlarged the air hole. I like even better after the mods. Rob's Igo-s with a larger air hole has a very similar flavor profile and performance, plus no need to drill a lower juice hole. The Divo is higher quality and has a different look, is that worth $20?

Yes, yes it is. I'm a visual person and your avie has me in fits! It's already shipped and on its way. Just worried about having to drill holes, not sure that is something I can do. Can't stand a tight draw...that's why I gave up on the ERA/hornets.

If you have a Hornet you want to get rid of I'm interested!
