Kay, it is YOUR BIRTHDAY today? Well Happy Birthday young lady. Today was my father's birthday too. Hopefully you aren't having a heat wave over there. It is actually cool here today, because of rain. Normally it is like a furnace this time of August.

How do you get the brass button covers off of the woodies.
I have had problems with both of mine.
I had to press three or four times, to find the right angle, or it wouldn't make the connection.
Now, one doesn't work at all. I watch it, and when I press the button, the plunger doesn't even move.
I'm thinking it's blocked somehow, and if I take it apart and re-assemble it, it may work again.
I've been dealing with health problem (not mine) at home, and Rob has had his problems too, so I've just been "living" with it.
I thought I would try to take it apart, and by some stroke of genius, maybe accidently fix it.
I'm not getting off to a good start since I can't even get the buttons off.
I don't want to force or break anything.
Any suggestions are welcome.

It was the day BEFORE yesterday and the lil stinker didn't tell no one til yesterday!!

Finally back, been busy with work both at home and overseas. Got my package from Rob this morning and gave my Reo some new guts, deep cleaning and hopefully can have some time at home to relax now Man she works good again!
