Anyone have some exciting plans for the weekend? Not me. I need to make a decision that is real important and so far, I'm leaning towards a Peach Cobbler since the last one was Blackberry.

of the hundreds of places in sacramento to buy, there are only 4 or 5 in my price range that have a low crime rate. if this one doesn't pan out, then i have one more condo to try, then a couple mobile homes (which i'm fine with)
