Good Morning REOVille. Been gone so long I couldn't 'link' back to this page, had to manually find my way to REOVille. 
First, an apology to Kay. Seems whenever I get invited to one of those 'Hangouts' I am driving or asleep. Yes, Truckers live weird hours. But you have not gone unnoticed, Lady.
It's that one month of the Year when living in the Piedmont area of the Carolinas is truly enjoyable. Morning temps in the 60's, daytime highs in low to min 80's. Which means all of the seasonal yard work needs to be done
Easing into second coffee, thought I'd stop by and say hello.

the little wind sprinter has apparently discovered the outdoors. she is playing right outside my window. the sound of a child's voice is far better than the constant running she does in her stone shoes upstairs. still, i hope my new condo purchase goes better than the last one.
my youngest daughter was here for the weekend. i never sleep as well as when she is here. it's like "all is right in the world again" and i can sleep... when we weren't watching movies together, she was in her room, playing her electric piano and singing. her voice is angelic. nothing makes me happier or more content than hearing her sing.
i hope y'all had at least as nice of a weekend

oops. yes, i'm trying to buy another condo. i'm hoping it's a gem. i met the former tenant, and she said she'd live there forever, if she could.
