The movers are about halfway done loading up the truck. It's been raining all morning, but they have everything covered.

Well it poured for I don't know how long last night. Finally it quit, thank goodness! It was flooding. I am relieved after this. We still aren't through with rain, but maybe it will dry a little before the next set comes in. They changed the forecast for today. I am happy about that. I watched a ton of Netflix last night. I think tomorrow will be sunny. We are overdo for that!
Wanted to get out and do that yesterday, will check to see if they have anything by the time we get to the store. Doubt it though, at least all the good stuff will be gone.And besides. . . I bought half price Halloween candy today.

Just found out the VA rated me 40% disabled. Gonna have to swing by the VA office tomorrow morning to give them my banking information so they can get me some money they owe me. Also, got all our paperwork signed and turned in for the house in Hewitt. Got some family and friends that's gonna help us start moving in this Saturday. My wife's birthday ended a few minutes ago (Nov 2) and atleast she got to enjoy it as much as she could. That's about it for me, I had today off so that was good. Got work tomorrow night and work til Friday. Then I've been given the next weekend off so we can move into our house. It's gonna be another busy week for sure but once things start to unwind a little ill try to swing by more often. Good night reoville, stay classy!

JetMac cool beard. While my son was home, he didn't shave. He says when his time is up, he is growing a full beard for a while. I like beards on men very much. (not the Oakridge Boys, or ZZ Top type though, that's too much for me...but a well groomed beard that is fairly short looks great) I have always liked beards for some reason. Give me a nice beard over a 2-3 day shadow any day of the week. The stubble is too rough. Either smooth, or bearded, works for me. JetMac I am happy for you. 40% is not chump change. You deserve all of it I am quite sure. Enjoy yourself sir!
