I am absokutely positive im putting this in the wrong thread but Tapatalk is acting weird on this forum and i cant seem to find any better place to post it. Couple days ago i got my self a Reo mini. Living in Canada makes winter vapes a nightmare if one is working outside due to low temps. Figured my only way to get rid of nasty dry hits in the winter is dripping or squonking, i have chosen squonking because i cant afford getting my both hands occupied with vape gear while im working. I like everything about sqonking so far but im looking for a decent topper with ability to build a mesh wick, since i am genny freak. Ive tried to do it with reomizer but result was not good enough. Beside reomizer only other thing i have for bf is velocity, but to be able to get satisfactory vape out of it i had to go waaay to low with resistance to be in my comfort zone. So now, im looking for a single coil design bf rda with possibility of building a mesh wick. Please give me some ideas what to look for, and if this post isbin wrong topic please move it to its adequate place :)

First, welcome to Reoville!!

Second: You'll get a lot more traffic for your question if you post it as a separate thread. I can't move it for you, but I can page a couple folks for you, to see if they can get it moved, if not, I could copy and paste what you said into a new thread and post the link to it here for you if you'd like. So right now you have only the Rm4 (atomic) in the photo and a BF Velocity???
@Rhapsodies Fire @nerak Paging Karen, cuz I know she talks to Lisa quite a bit.

First of all, thanks for the warm welcome :)
If you can ask someone to split my post in a new thread it would be awesome :) As for my gear, yeah thats all i have. Tbh, im not impressed with RM, as much as reo is a high quality design, rm is not. Top cap is kinda loose, and i can only build a single coil since other negative post is cutting my wire no matter how thick i go with it. But never mind rm, i got it included with reo so its fine :) I would go for a single coil designed bf with capability for mesh. Im not into cloud chase or lung hits, my allday vape is Nextgen on second to the smallest airflow, so velocity is definately not my thing. I have a Trident also, and its a very nice rda but theres no bf pin for it or atbleast i couldnt find one and since rm is not making me happy at all, im stuck on velocity, so im looking for something different :)

You may want to try buffing the bottom of the screw a bit, not sure what folks use, maybe a piece of sand paper, or emery board or something, but I've many posts of there being a burr on the end of some screws that cuts the wire. I'll give Karen and Lisa a chance to see this to see if they can move the post, and if not then I'll copy and paste it into a new thread. But I'm sure they'll see it, and Lisa can move it.

Most all of the RBA's that Rob sells are RM for reomizer with a number after them. The one you have in the photo is like the RM4 or the Atomic. Justice said he'd had no issues building with mesh on the RM2 I've never tried mesh. But the RM2 is a single coil with a ceramic deck and has a ton of room for building.

Im thinking about trying to use a bit of sandpaper on it, but there's that loose cap that bothers me even more and i dont have any orings thick enough to fix that cap. But as ive said, it's not much to be concerned about.
One thing i must ask tho, is there a way to check authenticity of the mod and atomizer itself? I have bought this in a shop, and i was pursuaded it is authentic device, and paid for it 200CAD, but i didnt get any spare part for atty or the mod it self, nore i've been given package of any kind. I can't find any serial numbers so i was wondering is there any distinctive mark between clones and authentics, so i can sleep peacefully knowing i have the authentic?

Rob would likely be the best one to ask on the mod, he could tell you if it's a shop he deals with, because he is the ONLY one who makes an authentic REO. As to the atty, I'm not really sure. The authentic of that type is called an Atomic. Probably some other folks will be along in a day or so that can give you more information than I can

I have to find him on the forum and ask him i guess :) Thanks for the info, meanwhile i gave rm another chance and now im happy. Still gotta fix wobbly top cap but it performs stellar at .7 Ohm. I get around 5-6 puffs out of each squonk :))
