for all those needing an o-ring for your catchcup, to prevent the ERA from bottoming out. check your local home depot
size is 7/16-9/16 #13 fits reo grand catchcup perfectly

I want to order a cover for my VV Grand and need to send in the dimensions.
I found this -
Variable Voltage Grand:

Height: 4 1/4" including catch cup
Width: 1-11/16"
Depth: 15/16"
ID of Catch Cup: ~19/32"

I was hoping one of you measuring guru's could help me explain the measurement and placement of the firing button and squonkhole.

...and maybe the exact height without the catch cup.

Actually, don't take my word for button placement with the surface mount button...I don't have one on mine. I took the placement measurement on the one shown with the recessed button. I just tried to call Rob to confirm placement with the new button, but he is not in the office. I'll try to get confirmation and let you know.
