Wanted to share one of my tricks in cleaning and reviving a polished REO's finish.

What I found that works great is this, Eagle One Original Nevr-Dull Wadding Polish. Usually use this on my exhaust of my car and it does an awesome job.

One thing you want to remember is to use some gloves with this stuff. Just rip a little bit of it off and wipe your REO down. Then, use a soft cloth to polish it. My mini is battled and scarred but, it still looks good though LOL

A Reo Grand will be visiting Capetown for the Christmas holidays. Glad you are enjoying your Mini.

Thanks to this thread I was vaping my new mini today (because the batt finaly arrived a week after my mini) without any teething problems, no drowning, no rattling door.... nothing exept for pure vaping pleasure.....

You guys are the best..... I will keep the first Reo in South Africa's name high.

I did enjoy Table Mountain last time I was there. Marvelous country. I was there last year during the World Cup. Last time I visited I was using cigarettes but this year, vaping.

You sure it was the atty?

If you aren't clear on how to replace the spring after a casual inspection of your Reo, you should send it to Rob for repair and a check up. I don't say that to be a smart a__, I just realize not every one is mechanically inclined.

I've been using my HH .357 on my Grand for a loooooooooooooong time with no issues.

Is there any tricks that I should be aware of using a 357, I have one on now, and had to Mod the mouth piece of a Buyway atty to fit inside the 357 so that the juice doesent jump in my mouth when it bubles if I use drip tips. I am using the 2 ohm at the moment, allthough the 1.5 ohm gives allot better taste and vapor production.

Please give the inns and out on the 357, cause from what I have read hear, its one of the best.

Thanks whent through the .357 support group forum while my attys soaked in sirgikal spirits..... when I was finished, I rinsed them out..... an WOW!!!!!! now they work without any problems, its like having a super charged sports car. Maybe there was stil some of the "new atty juice" inside it that caused the problems.

Ok... here is my tips and tricks on the .357's 1.5 ohms and 2 ohms

I took the mouth piece/chimney of a Bauway atty(black plastic piece that can be pulled of the atty), and cut off the bottom piece, because it fits into the .357 but the bottom piece will touch the coils inside the .357.
Then I took out the top part (with the litle hole in it) to fit a drip tip into it, but its a really tight fit. So I took some boiling water, dunked the top part of the Bauway mouth piece into the boiling water until it softened up and pushed in my drip tip.

Now I have a .357 with a longer barrel, and drip tip in it, and its like training wheels on the fomula 1 Ferrari.....vaping haeven for me. Maybe some day I will take of my DIY Bauway extension, and try to vape it only with the drip tip, but for now this is what works for me.

How long did you soak the new atty and what are "sirgikal spirits"? Did this help with the juice spitting in your mouth?

Just a question.... I see in the 18650 batt, there is from a 2200mAh to a 3100mAh...... will it be better to buy the 3100 mAh Batt becuase it will last longer inbetween recharges??? I dont want to walk with a multimeter so the AW IMR's is taboo for me.....or am I missing something???

If you want to use a protected battery, stay away from the really large ones. They are too big for the REO and will overcompress the spring. This is the best option: AW 18650 Protected 2200 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery

NOOOOOOO.

Those big mah batteries are taller than the recommended AW IMR's, and will compress the spring so much that you won't have the safety feature built into it any more.

Plus, the mah is overhyped. The drain rate isn't as good as AW IMR's either.

edit: hey, there's another page, and someone answered this already. Whoops!
