Restart to ship to Canada for today

Dear Canadian customers,

we are very sorry to inform you that we have to stop sending orders to Canada, due to the
ongoing strike of canada post.

we will keep an eye on it and restart to send orders to Canada when the post office gets back to normal. But we have no idea when the strike will be over.

Once the post office is back to normal,we will issue the notice of restarting to send orders to Canada at the first opportunity.

we are very sorry to inform you that we still can not send orders to Canada at the present, although Canada post strike is over, because China post underreacts and refuses to accept orders to Canada now. so we suggest Canadian customers to place their orders later when shipping to Canada is back to normal.

we are very happy to inform you that we can restart to send orders via china airmail to Canada from today, because our post restart to accept orders to Canada. but in recent days the shipping will likely be delayed because of a big backlog caused by the strike, which our post office need some time to clear.

I have not received a response to my post here, or to either of the two e-mails I have sent Health Cabin about this shipping issue. You guys have been great in the past, but I am very unimpressed with the customer service that's going on here. I'm going to assume you don't do EMS to Canada anymore and take my business elsewhere, I suppose.

I would like to know the same answer. I was going to place a larger order but airmail works out to more then EMS.

we are very sorry to inform you that we do not ship orders via EMS to Canada, because we have a big problem sending orders via EMS smoothly there. so we ship orders only via China airmail to Canada, which is slow but safe. if you still want to try EMS and is willing to take the customs risk yourself, it is ok with us. just leave a comment in the comment table when you place a new order, we will contact with you by email before we send it out.

as for emails that you did not get any reply from us, could you check spam and make sure that our email box support@healthcabin.net is on your white list? i did ask so, because we found that many email system regards our emails as spam or refuse them. :(
