Hello guys, I'm new to modding and still on the path to building my first mod using the DNA20.

I've been reading...and researching on how to go about my first build. I'd like to give a shout out to mamu (for the dna tutorial) and to retird for answering my dna questions in other threads.

It seems that the DNA20 does not have reverse polarity protection. And if the battery is wired or inserted wrong it will fry the board. So I found this video and wanted to know your thoughts about using a diode or p-fet in a mod for reverse polarity protection (The video recommends a P-fet over a diode).

Again...I'm new to modding so some of the terms described in the video are foreign. But I understand some of it. Ofcourse if you have a battery that is permanently wired into your dna mod and use the USB to charge then you shouldn't really have any problems with reverse polarity. But with my build I want to use an 18650 battery that can be changed out and I'm terrified of accidently putting the battery in the wrong way and then BAM! Fried board...no more mod.

Also if this can work with a P-fet...I wouldn't know which one to use. Here's the video.
