Review of the Stainless Depth Charge tank from Vapor-Age.

Jonah from Vapor-Age shipped this out to me last week. They have not yet been made available on his website, but he did debut them at the Vegas Vapefest last week. I'm not going to list a price for the unit because I'm not sure what he will be listing them at. He's currently laid up in hospital with a busted gall-bladder, and there's a lot of folks hoping for a speedy recovery.

The tank is a 4ml tank that fits the XL Dual-Coil Cartos. It has a polished stainless tube as well as top and bottom cap. This was a necessity for me, due to my usage of cinnamon based juice. There is also a Pyrex version in the works. The PolyCarbonate version went live 2 weeks ago.

I'm still on my first tank of juice, but I'm loving it thus far. It fits tight, and does not slide around. I need to learn how to refill it, and hope to be using it for a long time to come. :)

The finishing and looks speak for themselves in the pictures above.

A "Highly Recommended" rating from me.

That looks sharp! Bring it to the meet tomorrow?

You betcha! It will definitely be coming to the meet tonight. Gotta pick the brains of the tank gurus, on hole punching techniques.. I think I was a bit conservative on the depth/size of hole punched. :)

That's why you sat with oliver all night, what a smart guy. Amazed by all his stuff and everything made by his own hands.

I'm going to wait till he gets the Pyrex tube options up, and then perhaps order some tubes in. I seriously gotta learn to fill these things. It sits SO tight on the carto, it's not even funny.

That was one bad boy tank.

Turns out, I had done nothing wrong. The carto that I have in there is a 3.2 ohm, and that is why I was not getting stellar results on my 3.7 batteries. Switched to 6v, and man is it ever performing. Have not had to fill it yet, but not looking forward to that next episode. :)
