OK, you want cowboy food? Did this on the 4th, brined for 24 hours and slow smoked in pecan for 8 hours with a spritz of beer, garlic and red wine after a coat of homemade rub and Canadian maple glaze!

I think I can. I have a t-bone steak thawing so lets see what I can do with it.
It's gonna be rain tomorrow, so I'll need to use the ol' cast iron grill skillet for it and not the outdoor grill. So, lets see how I can manhandle that steak on the stove top.
Cast iron. Best cookware ever!

It is clean. You should see it when it's really used.
It's a very old stove and has seen better days. I think Eisenhower was president when it was built.
Unfortunately, my high res camera takes some unflattering pictures of it. It's actually cleaner than it looks. But still works like a champ and that's good enough for me
