Can you still cancel the payment? You need to have 4 more posts to posy a negative review of the supplier in the appropriate forum on here......:) After that, not much more ECF can do but take poor business practices into account and they have sometimes booted a vendor from the forum for stuff like that.......

Canadian vendor Maple Leaf Vapes....placed an order 2 weeks ago..web site said they were busy at the time with back orders from xmas sale. that was fine, was willing to wait as i heard they were a good company to deal with. Then they posted that the owner just had a new baby and orders would delayed further. Fine i'll wait a while longer. Received an email saying order showed no payment. Sent the vender an email showing payment was accepted by his company. No response. Sent 2 more emails over the last 5 days...still no response.. Am i screwed?

Yeah,some issues going with MLV...hoping all is well with the newborn :(

MLV is normally a very fast and speedy vendor just their lives are changed and Iain is working on a backlog of 500 orders.. He will get to all the orders and emails as he states in his thread and the one mentioned above. I use them and have placed an order with another vendor in the meantime due to his backlog. It states this right on the front page of his website so he has made you aware of it. You can always email him and he will respond. I'm sure it's frustrating but they are a trusted vendor by many of us.

I have, as stated above, sent 3 emails in five days. No response. I would just like an email saying yes he has my payment and i'll get to you as quick as i can. I am newbie vaper and this my first experience with this vendor. I'm sure they are great people and have a solid reputation and the whole thing is, as i said, just an unfortunate set of circumstances.

Your problem is quite easy to resolve.

When your transfer was collected your bank sent you an email confirming that, and confirming who collected it.

Go to that email - hit forward - send it to the vendor along with your invoice number from the order and your name.

If your bank did not send you a confirmation email - the transfer never arrived (bank systems sometimes have errors with etransfers). If that's the case - log into your bank account - click on "pending transfers" and you should find it there. You can either resend it, cancel it or allow it to self cancel in 30 days.

dfr44, I am really sorry if I overlooked your order, it was purely by accident. Having a baby, then the baby was in the NICU for 3 days I got swamped. I closed the site for a few days in order catch up as fast as possible and hired a couple people. If you let me now what order number your order is and I havent shipped it I will ship it today with a little something extra in there for you. Again I sincerely apologize for not answering your e-mails.
