is it just me or are these batteries not QCed very well. I got 2 a while back before they were unregulated, those 2 are still working. I got 2 more after they were unregulated. One died in like 3 months, the other is still working since like January, and I use these things every single day.

bought two more sept 7th that wouldnt work correctly, had them swapped out for ones that worked, one just died yesterday.

I'm about to order another 2 of them, but getting nervous since it really seems to be hit or miss with them.

i had a bartleby, up and died on me one day, and then no vaping, had a mr puffer too, that didn't last long either. plus you have to charge the batteries separate, buy batteries etc so trying to stay away from that. I would use the epower replaceable battery kit if they weren't the same price of 2 riva batteries.

I've really been having a lot of problems with my Riva 901 batteries (and Riva 901 atties) the past few months too. :( Are Joyes anymore reliable? I've been considering trying them, but I'm leery about just throwing more money away.

I have no complaints against LF; they are always quick getting my orders mailed out, and my orders are always complete.

While the Riva merchandise is usually very reliable, we have noticed a couple ups and downs. Eastmall has been quite difficult to reach in regard to the matter, and it doesnt really sit well with us. To be quite frank, we are considering finding a new supplier for the Riva.

When it comes to Joye, we rarely have issue. Joye products are some of the most reliable I have come across. I am almost certain that the regulation and PWM of the batteries, has a lot to do with their reliability. That's what I've gleaned at least, from my talks with my factory reps, and their engineers.

Please know that we are aware of the issues, and are working toward resolution. Your words do not fall on deaf ears.

If you are experiencing trouble with any product, please be in touch with us, as we would be happy to look into replacements. support@liberty-flights.com

thanks,
Ty

[EDIT]
Oh, and I probably got a couple new mods on the way. i like the looks of the new e-powers. and we should have at least one VV device in the coming weeks.

I got 2 more riva 510's from LF today, actually a starter kit as I needed another charger, hope these will last longer than 2 1/2 months.

if they took the chips out they would probably last longer, its not the batteries dying in these things. I still have one unregulated one from like february that is still working and I use it everyday while two have gone by the wayside already, one in 2 1/2 months, crap happens but that is a little quick.

We have received more Riva stock today. It has been added to the site. I have made another post about it.

I have tested a handful of these, and they all worked great.

r77, you know we sell the Joyes, right  Did you find a better warranty, or a better price elsewhere?

And the Smok Tech EGO batteries we got, are true 3.7v, like the riva. We only started carrying them in the last 2 weeks, so I dont have much to say about reliability yet.. other than Smok Tech usually makes quality stuff.
