Thanks for the Pics Mvgratz and VPC ! I'm pretty close to placing my order now, I'm waiting for the cartomizers to come in but I only have enough money to order one pack, which do you guys recommended the Boge 3.0 or the ce2 r4 3.1 ( I decided to go for the 3.0 range ohms as I'm beginning to vape more sweeter liquids, but I still don't know if this is a good choice!) ?

I have been stalking the LF website and LF forums for 2 weeks now waiting for the LF Riva cartomizer kit to become available, I know the cartomizers are enroute. Just trying to be patient. I have it in my sights and waiting to pull the trigger. I am about researched out. I seen all the riva's come in and I almost broke down and ordered the Riva but I keep telling myself to be patient. I can see I am going to hate Chinese New Year but I vow to be prepared next year. Everything I have read about LF been mainly positive and if it wasn't it was resolved so I feel real comfortable ordering from this Company for the first time.

I use 2.0 ohm atomizers and cartriges. I've never found a cartomizer that I really liked for more than 1 or 2 fillings. I haven't tried the Boge's yet but Ty at LF's swears they are great.

I've also heard nothing but good things about 'the Boge' but I can't see how they'd be better than a filler material-less carto.

I'm also trying to be patient with placing my order, I think I read somewhere that LF are expecting a delivery this week some time, but as this weeks already drawing to an end we'll probably be waiting till middle of next week, I'm kind of fearful that they'll come in when I'm not at the computer for a day and when I do check they'll all be gone, if that happens I'm going to start modding bits of plastic around the house !!

Dill, if you're going to order a new, true 3.7v Riva, I recommend the Boge cartos, either 2.0Ω or 3.0Ω. The 2.0Ω ones are perfect for the 3.2v standard eGos and Rivas, but with the 3.7v device, you can use the 3.0Ω also. It depends on your preference; if you like cooler vape, go with the higher resistance, if hotter, choose the lower one. They will both work fine. You'll just have to be a bit more careful with the lower resistance Boges on higher voltages--they are more likely to burn.

My favorite setup is a new eGo-t atty and tank cartridges and/or the Boge 2.0Ω cartomizers. I do not care for the CE2 fillerless cartos; I tried several different revisions and none worked out of the box. They need to be seriously modded to work well--not for the faint of heart and not for the new vapers. There is a VERY long thread about the Revision 4 CE2 cartos in the cartomizer general forum, if you care to read it. I believe that they will eventually get better, but the design has to perfected, IMO. Besides, they are a PITA to fill, clean, torch etc... Don't bother. At least, not yet.

Lower resistance as in "2" is a lower number than "3". It's quite straightforward.

You see, it's all about the wattage, or heat--power, generated by your PV. The formula is ridiculously simple: Wattage = voltage squared divided by resistance. The 2.0Ω cartomizer on a 3.7v battery will create 6.8 Watts, which is quite hot, at least for me. The same cartomizer on an eGo 3.2v battery will give you 5.1 Watts, a much cooler vape.

Generally, the sweet spot for most people lies somewhere between 4.5 and 6.5 Watts. If you go much higher, you run the risk of burning your juices and your cartomizers; and popping the atty coil.

And then there's Ty... I think he likes the 10-12 Watts range.
