O.K I think I finally got it! Thanks Katya, Thats what I actually thought when I first came across this stuff but then slowly got confused more and more the more I read. This has really helped me broaden my knowledge andmake a decision on my purchases so thank you very much everyone thats helped, hopefully I can one day do the same for someone else (in the far far future where tobacco is illegal and a 30ml e juice costs $55). As for a 12w, I guess if one day he changes his mind he could convert it into a nice 'blind you with a single flash' LED flashlight.
