Afternoon all,


I don't normally post here but I am getting to the end of my tether with Royalsmokers.

I want to give them my money but I'm not on my third sales person and they have all been awful.

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone with a clue on the royalsmokers sales team?

LOL good luck with that! This is the typical cycle every time I order. Takes about a month from the first email to shipping your order. Worst customer service I've ever seen!
Funny though, now I'm getting emails from my CS rep stating that they think there are email problems and have I been receiving e,ails from them? I've gotten 2 in the last week. I didn't respond. They are really pushing the CE3 I'm gonna let someone else see they're any good before I put a bunch of money into them.
I'm still looking for another supplierfor the steel CE2's. I'd drop them in a minute if I could.

I got a personal email from someone at royal smoker cause I was shooting my mouth off on the ecf, it was actually pretty frank and I thanked him for it. I told him the CS sucked, here is his reply, Martinez is the guy :

Many thanks for your value reply , I’m the CEO from Microcig, and I was aware duet the popularity that there has been some internal problems such as communication inside the factory, sales dept and dispatching, even I jumped inside to support them, it was on a certain moment too much, this year we deal with a very unstable labor employment, most of all because the work pressure and their higher demand(s) to work less but earning more. Also since last Chinese New year we had to deal with too many backorders and the new staff we had wasn’t able to give fast reaction conform the market needs, as for a few months we are back in track. Please inform me anytime what vendors think , I’m since 2006 in China and I risk to become one from them if the buyers doesn’t inform me , so I can be able to fix and give solutions ASAP.

I deal with Helen, Susan and Lisa, the only place that has every shorted me consistantly, snidy amounts too like 5 packs out of a 300 pack quantity.

I tried sending him an email when I wasn't getting a resonce from anyone over there, even he didn't answer. It took one month and many emails before they responded, then another month to ge my order shipped. This was just recently. I'm just glad to see others are making CE2's now, maybe that will take some of the burden off of them.

I just got an email from a customer telling me that my CE2's are not Royal Smokers. can someone who has purchased them in the past few months please confirm that they changed their packaging to say Vaporizers as opposed to the usual Royal Smokers on the front of the box? I know they were purchased from them but not sure how to convince him I did.

I have always had good luck ordering from them until my last order. I waited 2 weeks to give them a chance to ship my product. I emailed martinez and he assured me that it would be taken care of immediately. 3 more days later, I got a tracking number, but 2 days later and the tracking information still shows up as an unknown number on the EMS site. I paid them with Paypal so I would have some recourse if they gave me any crap, but NOW I am almost a month behind schedule! This isn't good! Most ob my business is local and my customers are waiting... and waiting... and waiting. Time to look for another supplier!

When was the new year? I did notice that my order all had metal needles. The tubes still suck :p

I know they have it posted that anything after July 3rd will have the new tubes. Until then I will just have to precut syringes for a few hours to sell :)

There's multiple chinese holidays that cause us delays, because they basically get a week off even on minor holidays. The chinese new year, however, is basically a whole month shutdown. Everybody puts in big rush orders in advance to try and beat the holiday and last through it. If you order too late to beat the holiday and that rush of orders trying to do same, you're screwed. If you don't typically keep 30 days+ of stock, you're screwed. When they finally come back they're backed up with all the orders and you're still screwed. Fun stuff.

The next significant holiday shutdown is in october. Maintain a good communication with your reps, they can warn you in advance.

I feel your pain, TaylorA! I started a similar post a couple months ago. I finally got my product after over 2 months by getting a friend of a friend who speaks Chinese to call up the owner and harass him. I wish you luck!

Got all my money back, they flagged it as a risky receiver. He must be collecting too much money! LOL
I don't care about the revisions but the customers sure do! All hung up on the wicks, gotta be the fat ones! I personally never noticed a difference. I bit the bullet and ordered from eliquid CN, paid more but may have a better chance of getting my order. We'll see!
