To answer your question, an rta I would recommend is the Ijoy EXO rta. It comes with a single coil and a dual coil deck. It also comes with 2 sizes of tanks. The singlt coil deck is big and really easy to build on. Check that one out and see what you think.

$24.25 Authentic IJOY EXO RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 2ml / stainless steel + glass / 26mm dia. / juice flow control at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
But not a mtl ,
I recommend this an asked for mtl

If your looking for a larger single coil build deck there is a few good ones , then yoy need to decide on do ypu want wide open Airflow or restriced airflow , ? This helps to decide on why type of RTA you can choose since it splits them up to Direct to lung DTL (wide open) Or

Theres
Merlin rta 5ml 25mm
Merlin mini 24mm w x decks single an dual
Ijoy Exo 26mm 6ml
Wotofo sepent
Wotofo Alto
Ammit 25mm single coil
Theres many to many to list like i say need to know type

The merlins have MTL adapter/ airflow a plug that screws into the deck to make MTL ,
If there is one with quite a large deck but pretty good MTL Id say fev V4 , good room on deck single coil , can even use mesh on deck as a coil ,
This build has been in gere wuite some time ,
Theres a little single side Airflow , that has 2 small airflow plugs , im running it without any and its still very restricted ,
Flavours top notch ,
On it , I watched a few videos in German, not that i understand German ,but they seem to have all the very unusual ,/ but great rta,s not the silly mass produced rubbish every youtube Reviews spue's out daily ,
Flash E Vapour v4 , ( or Clone Fev V4) pretty cheap 15£ gearbest

Another shout out to the Flash-e-vapor !!!! I love the older V3 but the v4 is basically the same, but give you more air if needed. The genuine are expensive, but built to last. If you want to get a clone, there are a couple but hard to find clones. Really well made, only thing that gives the clones away are the quality of the knurling, if you are really looking.

2Fvape has them and Gearbest sometimes has the V3 and V4.

I have really, bad shaky, hands. You cant get any simpler than the deck on the FEVs. Both versions are MTL, and have at least 3 different choices of air holes.

The only sort of " tricky" and I mean , its really minor but you only have to do it once is making the little mesh straws that trickle the liquid down on to the wicks. You have to use the right SS mesh which depending on your liquids' PG/VG ratio you need to roll in the right density.

Another really easy and actually easier one , is the Nectar RTA. You just make a simple coil, put the wick in and stuff the legs down the tank.

Both have great taste, but the FEV, is my favorite, no leaks, easy to fill, you dont need special tools, just pour.

Being up there in years myself and owning most of the tanks mentioned here I would throw one more into the mix, The Serpent SMM. Of all the tanks I own this has the most build space and is the easiest to build. I picked up a third one today. So before I catch hell, yes that coil in gunky.

The Serpent has a 7 wrap parallel 28ga and the Hussar has a spaced 24ga. My Skyline is full so I will try and snap a picture when it's empty.

The Serpent is just so damn easy overall and produces great flavor with no leaking or seepage.

Cloudone V3 RTA
Bigger capacity to the doggy style RTA ,
Small Chamber , small builds 2mm id between the posts larger if mounted Slightly over the posts ,
4ml capacity PC tank
Dual Bottom Airflow provide enough Airflow to the 3 small Airflow deck holes under the coil , deck has 3 small channels to feed the your wicking.
Airflow can be shut quite a bit,
Provides Some nice Flavourful vape. Been using this more than the doggy style RTA
A lot better jfc than the Doggy style, nice small chamber for enhancing the vape,
Extra frosted pc tank Included.

Last pic has the Ddp one rdta
