"Just received an email from RTS vapes announcing a 50% off going out of business sale."

I received the same email. I get my base nicotine for DIY from RTS (since 2011) & tried to get an order in today. Unfortunately, their system wouldn't let me (unable to select base mix, tried numerous products & sizes....& products were "in stock").
'Tis a sad day.

SOOOO....anyone have a suggestion or 3 for a new-to-me base nicotine supplier at similar prices?

I'd recommend Heartland vapes, excellent nic and the best everyday price I've found. Their "regular" 100mg nic is $44.99 per liter and if you buy two liters (spend $75 or more) you get a free shipping option.

Here's a screen capture of the beginning of the e-mail, exactly as I received it, today. All emphasis is as it appears in the original e-mail. The only "doctoring" I did, was the obfuscating, for privacy, and to conform to ECF rules.

Seem to have run out of liters of 100mg, I'm unable to put in cart.

Their nic in the liter of 100mg is twice as expensive as one liter of the same mg from heartland vapes. Just as good if not better nic also. Check out heartland vapes if u want nic, you will save money.

I was told that RTS did this same "going out of business" sale about a year ago and he is still in business. Looks like he is doing it again to create a rush so he can get money flowing in in a large quantity. Don't hold me to it cause I'm not sure if this is another one of those deals he pull back when but I wouldn't do business with someone who runs a business like that. Most of his stuff is more expensive on sale than some other vendors prices not on sale. Take for instance the liter of 100mg. It's $99 "on sale" but I can get that same nic in the same strength and same quantity for $50 from heartland vapes (their everyday price not on sale) so you can get 2 liters from them for the price of 1 on RTS.

I also got the same email I got yesterday...yet again this afternoon at 1:37PM. That makes 3 emails in less than a week's time - last Wednesday (it's a liquidation sale, nothing said about GOOB), both that came yesterday & today (it's a Closing Business liquidation sale). Yep...something "fishy" IMO, too.

Yep, going through and cleaning out my trash emails I came across another email from them, and they said it was a 'surplus liquidation sale'. Funny thing is, it's the same email only the heading was change from liquidation to going out of business status.

The only thing I worry about is the protection of my personal data as they go through their 'search for cash'.

it was confirmed in the link above - also the site won't let you select a base for nic = I tried both 60 and 100 mg - no go & no comments by rts when I posted in their thread

My stocking plan has two more nic buys. Probably one from rts and one from mfs. I don't find evidence that rts is going out of business. I've bought from them before, they have my email but didn't send me this promotion.

Check out heartland vapes for nic. They are 1/2 the cost with their everyday prices RTS with their sale. The sale at RTS for a liter of 100mg is $99 on sale and the cost of a liter from heartland vapes for the same size and nic level is $50. Just as good quality if not better.

The rts chemist confirmed rts is leaving the business on their ecig forum page. I ordered some miscellaneous items sitting on my wish list. I would have bought some nic but it wouldn't post to the cart. I would love to know why this is step was taken now.
