Got yet another of the SAME exact emails from RTS today...Going Out of Business Sale - Everything Must Go - Liquidation Sale...yadda yadda yadda.

Sending these to newsletter subscribers repeatedly since June 21st, (when it was just a Surplus Sale, then was changed to the above on the 26th), has gotten ridiculous. Unsubscribed immediately after getting it today. Bye bye RTS!

2017 Warning Letters

Browse around. The ratio of vaping related warning letters to other types of business doesn't indicate that the FDA is "declaring war" on vape businesses, though apparently they are actively investigating the age restriction regulations. Their warning letters to vape businesses are grouped to 4 or 5 in a row, amidst dozens of seafood processing plants, homeopathic pharmaceutical manufacturers, and all manner of other types of businesses.

Bear in mind, FTC rules regarding truth in advertising apply for "Going out of business" sales. If the business isn't truly going out of business, the FTC takes a very dim view and can levy some rather hefty fines. It's rare to see something like that now as most businesses avoid that kind of advertising like the plague. Especially in today's electronic age where anyone can file a FTC complaint rather easily.

I suspect they may reemerge with a new company name, eliminating the "vapes", like Bull City who changed from BCV to BCF, and RTDvapor that also has a sister company RTDelectronix
The FDA deadline was this July (push forward 3 months) to have all vape products registered.
Just guesses tho, only RTS has the answer.

I think the vendors we're seeing taking a dive are those who had a caviler approach to compliance. I'd postpone getting panicy for a while longer.

Probably wouldn't hurt to pull the trigger if you have the money to spend on a liter of nic "IF" the sale price is worth it. I would t buy nic from RTS though. Their nic on sale for a liter of 100mg is 50% more on sale than it is for Heatland Vapes nic for a liter of 100mg not on sale. Everyday price is $50.

And with Heartland's sale going on now, a liter for about $34 makes it very enticing. I am pretty well stocked, but still thinking of grabbing a liter......if wifey will give up a bit more freezer space.

Yeah. Doesn't hurt to snatch up a liter at that price. I didn't know the they had a sale going on. I may go and pick up a liter. Do they have a coupon code for the sale and if so what is it? I haven't received an email from them.

Kinda makes me want another Liter, but then I gotta buy more bottles.

This is one thing about DIY that your going to use and if the FDA ends up getting nic taken off the market you will be happy your got some. After this liter I will have enough nic to last me like 20 years since I only vape at 3mg. I have 1/2 liter still in the freezer, just got a liter on a sale a while back from HV and just ordered another. Got to get bottles for the liter I got a while back and I'm just going to put the whole liter I just ordered in the freezer in the bottle it comes in.
