Ruyan Direct...customs issues

I just checked on my resend and it has already made it further then the first shipment. I hope to have it by the beginning of next week. Wish me luck my 901 atomizer died, and I am running low on juice.
1st (order placed June 7th for 'bling' cigar and passthrough) of 3 I am waiting on seems to have made it out of China and the other 2 (placed June 8th, 1 with eastmall, 1 with RD) seem to be on track a day behind this one moving along and expect them to be out of China by today/tomorrow...
Maybe I got lucky and missed the containers that got refused.
Update with good news. I ordered Monday night, 6/08

Yip my orders from Saturday / Sunday have all made it out of china and almost to my door (probably Monday).
Seems that container explanation makes sense and perhaps it only effected one batch of shipments and mine was not in that batch after all.

Update: my package has been on the move for the last few days; it's now listed as "Posting" in Jiading. I don't know if that means it's out of China or not, but I'm no longer worried thanks to y'all's info.
The ironic thing is, I wasn't even going to buy prefilled -- I was shopping for blanks to fill with my own liquid, but after seeing the prices I thought I might as well get the wet carts and just top off from there. I've been using the same 5 or 10 carts since I started vaping 3 months ago; they're getting pretty loose in the atomizer. Also got tired of futzing around, washing the polyfill or re-stuffing with fluval... my laziness got the better of me.
Blah blah blah... anyway I'll post back if there's a problem, but I'm pretty sure everything's hunky-dory over here.
Well my order from EastMall that was placed late on 7 June arrived today. My Ruyan order placed the same day was in one of the returns. It finally left China yesterday. My Bestecig that I placed on the 10th also left China yesterday. Now i just have to wait on US Customs.
Hello, I am having a terrible time with my electronic cigarettes and customs. I have one package at LAX via EMS shipping they have confiscated into the black abiss of the FDA back room, and the second is stuck at the UPS Hub in Canada, the UPS package has zero cartridges in the box, but it remains with them as an exception, I think they have flagged my name and address and I am a simple mom and pop operation, what can I do? With a great following and clients that are mad as heck that the FDS and Customs has overs stepped and abused their authority.

I got my order from Eastmall but China customs refused my order from Ruyan and all I order was batteries and atomizers? Makes me think the stiff from Ruyans is counterfeit, at least that is the reason china is claiming they are being so hard ... to stop counterfeit goods. They claimed that was going to happen back during the patent lawsuit a few months ago. Maybe Ruyan Direct is not realy connect to Ruyan because they never have much RN stuff just DSE and M.

From what Wayne said, the problem here is that the shipping container that his stuff was sent with unfortunately had counterfeit goods from other non-ecig vendors. I understand the importance of stopping fake goods, but refusing the entire crate is somewhat ridiculous. CN customs appears to just use this protocol due to laziness.
Sounds like BS to me. Why would clothe, etc be in package with e-cig products.
large orders are more susceptible..........and ups seems to be more likely than usps

I think mine is in my mailbox waiting for me. I can't wait to get home to find out.
I placed my Ruyan order on the 4th and it arrived on the 12th. I can't complain about that.
Needless to say I hate my post office. They say they left a notice on my door but no notice not a sign of them even being here. Either way this does tick me off a little I had someone at my apartment all day waiting.
