The mesh company is great with pricing. Full sheets. Kanthal is usually available on eBay. A search there will bring up the seller. Coins something. Should be back in stock soon. Another kanthal stop is silicawicks.com.
If you're ok with nichrome, Jacobs wire has excellent pricing. I order from each of above suppliers.

I got tired of waiting for 4+ weeks for it to come back to save a few bucks (while I buy small length on cards from other vaping sources which is expensive and has kinks in the wire from wrapping around cards) so I got mine from silicawicks.com
but yeah, coinswiesiek should be back soon and he usually has some in 75ft which should be more manageable if you only have 1/2 rebuildable.

Just bought some from him and got it in 2 days. Enough to last me for AWHILE, lol. And sent free samples with it.

The mesh suppliers seem to either "Out of Stock" or require 1M X 1M square orders (minimum) which is a little more than I wanted to buy right now. How long would that much mesh last the average Vaper? hehe

I'm sorry you got ripped on the Kanthal. I paid $6 for 75'... Go to McMaster Carr for the 304 mesh, then choose whatever count you want. I just received 270x270 and I have 200x200 on order. The experts say that lower count blows the higher stuff away. I haven't had a chance to use the 270 yet.
Ok boys and girls here we go. Tonight we have 2 new tricks for you, courtesy of the best looking, nicest guy to ever walk the face of the earth.
In use
That is 2 pcs of 32 Kanthal twisted together. I have a thin handle with a small hook on the end. So I burn the 2 pcs of K and then I hold them together and kind of twist them around the hook so that they are secure. Then hold the other end with vise-grips, or I used a multi tool, and twist the hooked handle until you get the first pic. I got this trick from another Genny thread. So between the 270 mesh and the double wire coil, its a steam machine. Do yourselves a favor and try it.
