So at $5.80 including shipping, for a 75' roll, if one was to use 3" of Kanthal per coil it comes out to just under$.02 per coil. Oh yes and thats 300 coils also.
The mesh I bought (400), I'm not going in to lay out the math again, your just going to have to trust me, comes out to about $.26 per wick.
So kids, for approx. $.28, you can have a brand new atty any time you want. I'll take that deal, Oh yea I already did.
EDIT: It just dawned on me that I should of included the additional cost of the DefCon Mini to the equation. So I'll state it this way as is is very late or very early(I haven't decided which yet). Purchasing the DefCon Mini vs the other couple available selections, pays it self off in 1/2 to 1/3 of the time. Making it twice to three times the value of other available selections.

I looked at the descriptions of both of those and all I noticed was the Ohms and the Max Continuous Temperature differences but it wasn't much but I got the A-1 as that's what I've gotten in the past.
