Mine has a hole that works for filling....not sure if this is a recent addition.
Filling through the wick can be done with either a needle or even the plastic needle topped bottles or syringe.
The key with this Ind of tank is to fill very slowly...pressure builds up quick and the liquid will come out through any available opening. I found it best to fill a bit take the needle out then reinsert and fill some more. If there is leaking after filling vape it for a while and the leaking will likely stop.

I have no problems filling my Defcom.I've filled mine 5x with no problems.But I like the fill hole on my line.Its sealed off when you screw the cap on.On the others I have I pluged the hole after filling.

You trying to center it? no bold or funny color or such can be added to ours.. [bold] ect...
the url should be fine.
