Have you pm'd chopper, i think he repairs them for free if you send it to him...
I was trying to avoid adding to what must already be a huge effort being put forth on his part. I was just hping someone had any ideas or if chopper already knows what it might be , I could probably attend to the fix myself, but from dissasembling it I can't see where the problem is. It appears to be in order and everything is pretty well attached and tight. If I can't figure it soon, i'll eventually get around to sending it back. I have a new PV coming soon, and an atom coming eventually. I can wait. Thanks anyhows.
Sorry for late reply, sound like it's having a grounding issue as I previous had with a few. If your comfortable with soldering take the shortest post which is your
negative post, and where it goes into the base peel back some of the heat shrink, and make you a soldering joint from the negative post to the base. Let me know if that helps if not maybe we will try something else.

Hopefully the snail mail will deliver you some tomorrow.Those Grippers are nice man,I love mine its a very nice fit in the hand and packs a punch.Now I just need to come up with a nice affordable kit with some of them.Maybe the Gripper with a Atom Bomb and a set of batteries and a discount off the charger if they want one.Does that sound like a good kit to you all?

Glad you got it going man.I figured that was it at least hoped anyways lol.The lead free solder is much safer even though even the lead free solder has the smallest amount of lead that the FDA will allow.Lead free solder contains tin which tin contains lead.That's how the name of soft drink cans or food cans had the nickname tin can.It is always safest to use the lead free though.I should have mentioned that earlier.
