Hello,
I just made a new wick and coil for AB. Used 500 mesh and burned with torch before and after rolling. Then i quenched in water. I made the wick pretty thick walled. I really had to roll it alot to get it thin enough to fit the hole. It still had a hole I could fit a stick pin thru the middle. I think wick turned out great. It really pulls up the juice. Recovery time between puffs is almost instant.

I am not making the coils very good yet. Took two attempts and I am still not quite happy with how it turned out. I think this coil is too tight at the bottom and too loose at the top. 5 wraps and measures 1.5 ohms. Its not perfect but will do for now. vaping on some 100% vg Strawberry Granita. I am chain vaping and getting great flavor and great vapor. Plumes I tell you Plumes.

I have more expensive RBA's than the AB but I dont have anything better. The AB is rockin. Thanks Chopper, great job!!!!

Well i built my 1st new wick and coil combo i did that jackfrost method and added the cotton hybred to it also and BAM!!This thing is a steam machine now,no dry hits,no shorts and more consistant ohms.If any one has not done it this way check it out flawless.For those that don't have a torch and have a gas stove the stove does the job no problem!!

I was just going through the last 30 or so pages looking for information on the Defcon mini since I ordered one a few months back and came across the link your site, (S & S MODS - Home - Broadway, VA) congratulations. Nice looking site and easy to navigate by the way.
Anyway could I ask for some clarification on the “Defcon-Mini Discontinued” statement? Are you planning to fulfill orders for which you have already accepted payment? I wasn't sure of the meaning because of the second sentence "This is do until I can get all orders made."

Yes all orders that have been paid for will still be made and shipped.The simple truth is I fell behind on orders and I won't even try to insult anyone's intelligence by saying something other then the truth.Also I have revamped the DC mini into a DC mini V2 which so far after making and testing 4 of them for a few weeks are so far issue free.Good news is I'm almost done with all the backed up orders.

Tib I used this a couple weeks ago and it's AWSOME. Works like a charm. Mesh by itself kinda mutes the sweetness of my juice and this method brought it to life, lol. You won't be dissapointed.

Glad you posted that video chopper thats what i did with my vb's as i mentioned yesterday them 2 methods just rock best way to do a coil thats the same great results i got and that was the 1st coil i maid myself check it out people.

For those that don't want to spend a ton on a nice rta check these atombombs out they work great.Unlike some out there the cap presses on so always can have the hole lined up with wick easy.Pluss chopper backs his stuff up great guy.The ab looks awsome on my provaris nice smooth fit

Is the tank tube removable on the AB or is it glued in???
