I'm aware of that, but even then my transaction order is within two of his, so at the most I should be 14.

Coming from an earlier batch isn't a good answer in my opinion. It'd be different if credit cards weren't charged in advance. I also have no doubt that I'll receive mine, I just question whether I'm comfortable supporting a business that is still allocating stock to their retail stores and making their already paid customers wait even longer.

Its not about the wait, but rather the principle of the matter.

Wow just found this thread I don't understand what they are doing. You can't sell an item in a store when you have pre orders not fulfilled !They should have not charged the cards if that's what they were going to do.I think they have so many orders since most of the authorised dealers on the Hana site don't even take online orders. I think the only other one has stopped taking them for now.Hana has to have one or two large outlets to do internet sales from.
