If anyone wants a copy of Bonnie Herzog's most recent e-cig report (that I posted a short excerpt from when creating this thread), please send an e-mail to me at billgodshall@verizon.net
The report also lists the top selling e-cigs (and their market shares) for each month of the past two years.
After urging Bonnie to do so for the past year, I'm pleased she has began to differentiate between cigalikes and the mods/e-liquid (as there is two different and competing vaping industries).
Perhaps e cigs (cigalikes as we call them) should be separated as two different products and force the legislators back to the drawing board on legislation. I mean an "e cig" compared to an APV is as different as a cigarette is to a cigar. Yes, the functionality is very similar but the legislation and taxation is quite different. Plus big tobacco is not in the APV business.
