I have 3 of the Aspires.. Hands-down the best clearo tanks I've used. Almost up to par with my high-end RBAs. I heard that the original design heads which have 4 holes instead of the latest 2 aren't as good. The flavored juices I use taste as they're supposed to.

One thing.. The Aspires are dual-coil. I turn the voltage down to 3.4-3.5 with the 1.8 ohm to get the best flavor. I also prime them before filling. I would imagine running in a higher voltage range would make some juices taste kinda funky..

Which Aspire are you talking about? I've seen more than one. I would have sworn I asked you this last night.

Well, I simply must try them. Your advice on the VP-1 was tip top. IF you say these clearos are worth a shot, here I go. They will have stiff competition, as my KFL should be arriving soon...so I will put your premise to the test!

If I overlooked that, I'm sorry Princess... I've been deeply depressed for the past few days. One of my closest childhood friends decided life wasn't worth living anymore. I'll leave it at that. I've been trying to keep a "business as usual" attitude as much as possible.

Anyhow.. As kindly posted by others, yes, the Vivi Nova style. These are nothing like the Kangers or anything else out there I'm aware of. I have the metal-sleeved glass versions.

Todd was quite impressed also:

I am so very sorry. I've been there. The shock and second guessing can tear you apart. I was angry for a very long time.

I didn't mean you didn't answer me, I meant I must have hit the cancel button instead of the post button, unless you posted word-for-word the same post elsewhere.

I think I got the right one. I don't need another tank, but I needed to round out an order.

Very sorry to hear that. I lost a good friend ten years ago to the very same thing. It gets easier to deal with, but I still don't understand at all. Of course at first I felt like I should have done more, seen more, sensed more....blah blah blah. I let go of that after a week or so.

Now I simply say that he was a good man who despaired, and I miss him.
