He only asked me to deposit the money but he didnt give me his contact details.
The earlier Q "how can they?"... it's because they can't be tracked or pressured.
You can't use the law to push back.

I can only empathize, so I'll ask... can't you order from Western vendors?
Pricier? Sure. Even here, many are drawn by the lower fastech/Gearbest prices.

Possible to report Police as fraud ?
Anyway since you have account# the scammer will be investigated and prosecuted.
Might have chance to get $ back.
Downside you guys may be implicated due to ordering but even so... since never get the actual product.... what can police charge you with ah ? Maybe got warned or fine I guess.
The scammer will be charged as supplier+fraud which high chance he might be facing jail term coz of that.
Depends how you guys determine to stop his misdeeds.

I would like to know if i could report too. I really hope this dude that scammed everyone gets caught. Anyway i got his facebook, his old number, his photo and his name.
That's what i taught at first but after investigating, i found the scammer's identity and talked to the scammer's cousin too! he's not caught at all.
Why are you guys still being covert about this con man? Name and shame man.... Might as well.... Since we got 'special' eyes here aswell, might aswell make good use of their time....
