Robert T is correct...

The coil needs to be up against the wick.

Try rolling the coil on a 14 gauge hypodermic needle first then slide it on the wick, or just wrap the coil right on the wick and then slide it up like Dan shows in his YouTube video.

+1 for tighter wick. Also 65/35 may be too high of vg for 400, might want to try 80/20 mix or #325 mesh

I would but themeshcompany really screwed me so i refuse to order more from them. I have 7 sheets of 400, could i thin the juice down? If so how much water to ml juice to get a good consistency do you think?

I use 60/40, Pg/Vg and don't have a problem so you should be ok.

Thanks a lot guys to be honest i wasnt sure how tight it had to be. Ill give it a shot and let you know. Again thanks!

You guys are great that was it. Too bad i screwed up the wick tightening it and for some reason i have a hard time rolling them so they fit in the holes.. I'm sure it comes easier with time.

Yes it was great zen taught me how to roll a coil wrap it and test for shorts. Now when I get my G Tank I will know how to set it up. Tho the coil set up will be different he really took the time to show me how to make it work and what to look for if there is a short. Thank you so much Zen, you are a great guy with some awesome mods.

Does anyone have a sheet or even a half sheet of 400 and 325 mesh that they would sell me?

I would like both if possible!

Also maybe 10 ft or so of Kanthal?

I figure if anyone does, this is the place to ask!
Thanks! :)

UPDATE: Only seeking the 400 and Kanthal now!
Thanks!

I am in for a coop on mesh!

Would be good to get Kanthal too as I just don't see using 75 ft of it in this lifetime... maybe 7 people at 10 ft each...

On another thread where they were looking at a coop on mesh from the Mesh Co they concluded after speaking with the Mesh Co that it was actually cheaper to buy individually than in bulk!

Maybe there is a US company that is more amiable?????

Mcmaster has the mesh... 400x400 is 20.00bucks a square foot... That should last an average vaper about 12 years.

And 75 feet of wire is 4.50... Do people really need to split this stuff up? It's not expensive!
