The nut was an #0-80 It is stated to be 3/32" across the flats, and .048 " thick.
The washers were stated to be ID is .05" and the OD is .195", 1mm thick.(.0394")
So the #0-80 nut is .09375" across the flats, a bit smaller than the original washer, but then it has flats.
The real question is will a #0-80 nut slide nicely on a 1/2" 19 guage wire nail. I can't find the ID, but I will keep looking.

Also, I found wire nails, but they only had steel in that size, not stainless. I wonder if that will rust.

State of Confusion
I found the nuts at my Ace Hardware. Here's a pic of the drawer for you guys who may be having a hard time closing in on them. It's the second drawer from the top!

Check the very first post. I put a few useful links in there so we would have them. Length of mesh and tubes are one of them.

But since I have already cut quite a few, bottom is 1 5/8, top is 7/8.

Can I get the measurements for the polycarb parts? Gonna go ahead and cut a few.

Actually, the measurments for the ones ordered is Bottom: 1.75", Top 7/8".
Sorry that was the one I originally created. The ones that were ordered I increased slightly to add more room for juice. And make it s a standard size.
I appologise I did not ammend that.

here are all jic:

  • the four holes on top are 1/8" two are shallow for the electrical connector and two go all the way through for the SS wick. And there is one more that is 1/16", this is the fill port
  • Wick size is 4" x 1.5" This will roll down to appox 1/16" And reach from one side bottom to the other.
  • Poly tubing size 7/8"OD x 3/4"ID x Approx (Bottom) 1 3/4" Long, (Top) 7/8" Long
  • O-Ring Size is 3/4"OD x 5/8"ID x 1/16" thickness
  • 1/2" x 19ga Wire nails, the springs fit on them perfectly.
  • Still up to you to make the beveled washers out of 4 old attys, or carto center post.

And congrats classwife and lambchop... you lucky girls you!

Thanks for the update Dan! Good thing you beat me to it.

Notice Dan did not acknowledge that the Scubagen drawing was fixed for the pretty smiling ladies. Tsk tsk. ;-)

Thanks for all your hard work Dan on the co-op, design, and support! -Magnus

Just cause it was the two women "at my table" who won, does not mean it was fixed LOL
I was no where near the drawing bucket, nor was I in control of the person drawing.
But it was funny the two people at the table I was sitting at won them!

hehehehe... yes i know what you are thinking... "he still did not say it wasnt fixed"

I hesitate to ever change a number you put out... even the format. Hope you had a great time (wink, wink, nod, nod) at VapeFest... doubt your reputation will ever recover (in that aspect anyway).

Wait what did you hear or see at vapestock LOL
I had a great time, loved meeting everyone!
