now I just have to imagine what it will be like for the next five days....and hope at some point this week I can find the time to stop at an Ace Hardware to pick up the nuts for the washers.....
the only way i found that i can use to bend the mesh is to put a twist in it. if you look at the little seam caused by the edge of the mesh it is straight on the leg and then in the bend of the mesh it goes around like the stripe on a candy cane. kind hold one end solid and twist the other end while putting the bend in it just kinda naturally goes. i'm not sure this is the correct way but i get a nice smooth curve this way. idk on performance until i get it built lol

I have used that method several times with the CE2 mod, and everything works fine even with a twist. I really don't think it will matter or affect wicking at all. However.....a crease might....

I have no problem making the bend at all I think it is fairly simple of a process, has anyone gotten theres together all the way yet, and what is the total cut lengths of the tubes please ???

Check a different drip tip. Some we tried are loose and some are snug.
Here's the issue we're having; the 510XL clearo base is too loose. We tried a few different revisions and they're are all around .343. The 'scubagen' base is .344. You see the problem.
Any ideas?

I tried a couple i have, one that when I first got was VERY tight going into standard atties and cartos is a little better. Maybe if I can find a new o-ring for it or find a thicker o-ring altogether to use on it.

I have the same issue.
A CE2 with the rubber seal fits a little tighter.
We may have to bond it some way.
It doesn't have to be leak proof, as the e-liquid doesn't come into contact with this area.
A 510 Atty connector is also too loose.
When I come up with a solution I'll post it.
