Yes, they do Vocalek. (either my brain is working extra good today or this document was actually written in english, lol)

Maybe both Dee- but there was less legalese in this one. I could pretty much tell what they were talking about, and can actually agree that SA made good points Elaine.

Thanks Julie!

Drug/device or tobacco product, I'm still concerned that either way it goes, the FDA will do their utmost to try to destroy e-cigs.

I can see it all now:

Sealed, disposable, non refillable units.
Four mg nicotine.
No flavors allowed.
Internet sales banned (like cigs are).
Only available from pharmacies or tobacco shops, at $100 per box of 20.

I don't trust those :censored:, I'm still stocking up.

I fear Smoke Anywhere is just going to muck things up and I don't feel they should be allowed in on this case. After NJOY has done all the "heavy lifting" and incurred all the costs, now SA wants to ride along on their coat tails - I say NO WAY. I tend to trust the NJOY attorneys, they have done an excellent job thus far and they say no and I agree with them.

Nothing to report on the dockets . . . have a great weekend!

And thanks again to Rosco for giving my an excuse to procrastinate just a little longer on my taxes. :)

I do need to correct my statement it appears. Missouri has extended the state due date to be consistant with the federal, so BOTH state and federal are due April 18. Just 3 days ago they were stating to make sure you got your state in April 15. Oh well, I sent mine in April 12.
Thanks again Julie...:thumb:
