So i dont understand, its been more than a month, i have the post count needed, my paypal is good to go.

I've applied 4times now, and apparently i still cant get into the second hand part of the forum, is there someone to contact to know what's the problem ( if there is one ) ?

Yes, the Verifications are a little backed up - it can take several weeks.
@j0ker is the only one that does these.
Any requests you submitted before you had the required 20 posts will have been deleted.

As a new and active member myself 20 posts accumulate very quickly. It is to protect us not meant to be a burden. Reach out and talk to folks. If no maybe Craigslist is a better option for you at this time.

so, on top of the 20post, i also have to wait for a month ?

But we also have a "wanted" section you can post in, since you have a specific item in mind.. it just might get you the device you desire.

Going through the process protects you as much as others (how would you like to give your money to someone who'd never been vetted?) and is WELL worth the small amount of time it takes to qualify.

Think of it like rushing into judgement, it's often a bad outcome when you rush headlong without thought... time is always a net positive for anything you do.

Sure i totaly understand they want to be sure as much as possible about people going to sell / buy to only keep serious person. And that's nice ^^
