I can't claim to one of 5 years just yet
, but (as I mentioned elsewhere on this forum recently) hubby is using one (a palisander as well, by the way) that is over a year old and he swears by it !
I have had to do some maintenance during this life of the atomiser, in the form of 'burning off' using a USB with manual switch (heating it up very hot to burn off any 'crud' till it starts performing well again), but it did the job nicely and hubby has been happily vaping away with it again for quite some time now.
My experience is that I have had very few actual failures (completely cold) with Sedansa atomisers compared to others, although like most/all, after a while performance usually will become less. As with all other penstyle atomisers I've used over the past 16 months or so, sometimes 'burning off' helps, sometimes it doesn't.
By the way, I bought them from a Dutch Reseller who has always been very good about the warranty and replaced without questions. The price for these atomisers is indeed steep though and it is entirely a personal choice whether the warranty is worth it or not.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Silver
